Dawn M. Penn is the Front Desk Receptionist at our Plains clinic. She joined PRO Rehabilitation Services in June 2001, and is the friendly face who coordinates patient intake and scheduling on the afternoon-evening shift. Dawn completed the Medical Office Assistant & Transcriptionist program at Luzerne County Community College in May 2001.
