Patricia (Patsy) Hydo is the Front Desk Receptionist who coordinates patient intake and scheduling at our West Hazleton clinic in the Valmont Plaza. She also periodically assists in the area of Medical Transcription.
Patsy joined PRO Rehabilitation Services in March 2002, and brought extensive customer service experience with her. She held the position of Business Office Manager with a family-owned business for over 20 years. Prior to that Patsy worked as a Data Entry Clerk for the Visiting Nurses Association for seven years.
Patsy resides in Hazleton with her husband Joseph. She has three children and two grandchildren.
